Up until now my business has been based in Bristol where I've enjoyed a large and lovely client base, as well as working with many other clients from around the country who travelled to me in Bristol. Now I have relocated to the Peak District and am continuing my work there. I will be working from there mainly but may be mobile within a certain radius during quieter times. If coming by train the nearest station to me is New Mills 2 miles away, and I can collect you from the station if necessary. I'm a professional loctician, offering a more affordable alternative to salons, specialising in creative hairdressing. I do not use any glues or other harmful products which damage hair, my methods are all natural and I am a perfectionist when it comes to my clients hair! I like to take a creative approach and try new ideas that have not been done before. Dreadlocks are tightened up straight away, without the use of any chemical products. Very short hair can also be dreaded with the addition of synthetic or human hair to add length. Existing dreads can be tidyed up/rescued from whatever state they are in, no job is too much of a challange! I can also 'pad out' some dreads that are thinning in places and look like they might snap. I can even re-attach old dreads that have either come off or been removed! If you're looking for wool dreads I am also the right person to come to, as I also offer temporary dreads made of out wool or synthetic, or yarn, or whatever you fancy! I have a degree is textile design and so am always looking for new and creative ideas to put yer 'ed a step ahead of the norm! I can do them in full heads or just a few, with installation or by post so you can attach them to your own dreads.
