This customer was quoted in excess of £2000 for a service by Rolex. He didn’t want the watch to look like new he just wanted it serviced and the bracelet restored. Rolex were not willing to service the watch unless they did the work they wanted to do (much was unnecessary)
Luckily he found us and we were able to service the watch too Rolex specification and get the bracket fully restored at a fraction of the cost originally quoted.
He was also able to tell us what he wanted us to do and was in full control from start to finish.
Our books are currently open for service work whether for a sentimental vintage piece or a cherished Rolex.
