⦁ When placing an order with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions put in place
⦁ Full payment payable on ALL items at point of order
⦁ Should you cancel the order after 72 hours, 50% refund will be offered only.
⦁ Payment by bank transfer (details to be sent by email once order placed). Please put your name as a reference.
⦁ Please allow 35 days for delivery
from date of order. (you will receive email confirmation to confirm order)
⦁ All stones are guaranteed for 2 months from the date of shipping, should you lose a stone in that time please return to us and we will replace free of charge. Should you lose a stone after this time please contact us for pricing of replacing.
⦁ Please note all our items are hand made just for you, so your item may differ slightly from the pictures online.
⦁ Please make sure when ordering you order the correct size as NO refunds given for wrong size ordered. All sizes are taken in relation to UK sizing guides.
⦁ Please remember all our items are hand made with love just for you and need lots of care and attention so the stones remain in place, especially shoes please keep them in safe dry place. Socks should not be washed in washing machine as stones not guaranteed in washing machine.
⦁ Please do not place our products near excessive heat or cold
