Tom Bridger, who is doing Gold Award at Haverfordwest High VC School, has produced this brilliant map to show where he went on every one of his expeditions. Tom has hiked around the Pembrokeshire Coast, across the Preseli Hills, in the Black Mountains, over the Brecon Beacons, in the Elan Valley, and all the way across Wales and over Plynlimmon.
Where will your Duke of Edinburgh's Award take you?

Mae Tom Bridger, sy'n gwneud Gwobr Aur yn Ysgol Uwchradd Hwlffordd, wedi cynhyrchu'r map gwych yma i ddangos ble aeth e ar ei alldeithiau i gyd. Mae Tom wedi heicio o amgylch Arfordir Sir Benfro, ar draws Bryniau’r Preseli, yn y Mynyddoedd Duon, dros Fannau Brycheiniog, yng Nghwm Elan, a’r holl ffordd ar draws Cymru a thros Bumlumon.
I ble fydd eich Gwobr Dug Caeredin yn mynd â chi?
