✨ Another completely bespoke creation, made just for our customer! ✨

They came to us looking for a true show-stopping opal ring, so we sourced a selection of beautiful opals for them to compare, allowing them to choose the perfect size, shape, and colour. Once they had found their favourite, we designed and handcrafted a stunning yellow gold mount with a classic rope-edge setting to showcase the stone perfectly.

The finished result is a one-of-a-kind piece, and we’re delighted that the customer absolutely loves it. 💛

As a fully working jewellers, we’re also happy to help with jewellery purchased from our cabinet where possible, including ring resizing and jewellery alterations, so you can enjoy the perfect fit and finish.

And remember, just because you don’t see something in our shop window doesn’t mean we don’t have it! We regularly rotate stock between locations, including Al’s Emporium, keep additional pieces in back stock, and can source items from our trusted suppliers. We are proud to receive support from Halifax BID and have seen first-hand the positive difference they make to our town and local businesses. ❤️

It’s not just businesses that benefit either. Halifax BID helps deliver Christmas entertainment, organised a fantastic pumpkin patch at Halloween, creates family-friendly treasure trails during the school holidays, and invests in making the town centre cleaner and more welcoming through street cleaning, chewing gum removal, and graffiti clearance where others have fallen short.

Like many of you, we share the frustration about the condition of parts of Halifax. We all want an attractive and welcoming town that customers are excited to visit. Emma has worked tirelessly to push for improvements, including launching a Call to Action plan with Calderdale Council over a year ago. While progress has been limited, we’ve been grateful for the fantastic support from the Fly Tipping Team, Councillor Kelly Thornham and MP Kate Dearden.

Now, with a new Council in place, let’s see if we get meaningful action and stronger support for the businesses and organisations working hard to improve our town.

If you’re eligible to vote in the BID ballot, please take the time to do so. The investment benefits the whole community, not just the businesses that fund it.

Together, we can continue building a Halifax we’re all proud of. 💪🏻

We kindly ask all of our wonderful customers to please take note of our opening hours:

🕤 Monday – Saturday
9:30am – 4:30pm

If you arrive outside of these hours, even if you can see us inside or the weather is pouring down, please understand that we are unable to open the door or serve customers. This isn’t because we’re being rude—it’s because the security and safety of our staff must always come first.

We know it can be disappointing, and we genuinely feel terrible having to turn anyone away. However, as we’ve been seeing more and more people visiting outside our trading hours, we wanted to gently remind everyone that we simply can’t accommodate appointments or visits before opening or after closing.

Any changes to our opening hours will always be shared on our social media channels in advance where possible and displayed on our shop door.

We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to welcoming you during our opening times. 💎
