Chain placement ⛓️

Whilst I would never say not to get a particular chain, the placement of the jewellery does sometimes mean that certain chains may be preferred or unadvisable. For example anklets may favour having more durable chains such as the enamel designs or a thin and compact curb chain. Naturally the body may swell slightly throughout the day and more so on the ankles. Clothes, socks and shoes also mean a less smooth chain could be caught on tights and more complicated designs could rub against the back of the heel when walking so finding a chain that won’t cause irritation if it slips into the shoe slightly (the large majority of the chains) is advised.

Lots of factors come into play such as activity levels and occupation when choosing your chain so I will always do my best to help find the most suitable design for your lifestyle, but ultimately the design is down to you and the entire point of creating your own piece of jewellery is that it is completely bespoke to you 🤍

Ring 💍 Ring 💍

After firmly thinking rings were unnecessary they have become a staple since last November! The chain design rather than ridged metal allows for a bit of breathing space during the summer months when hands are more prone to swelling. The rings have the same process as the other jewellery pieces; you pick your chain, any charms and any complimentary engraving. You can select your chain from our wide variety of designs, add charms and then find a length that is perfect for you. Before welding the chain will be temporarily fixed so you can move around and check the fit and feel of it is just right ✨
