Office Administrator Vacancy
Blair & Sheridan Bespoke Jewellers are seeking a full-time member of staff to join our team.
The role includes occasional Saturday working and would suit someone with strong administrative experience looking for the next step in their career or a move into a creative environment. As a close-knit team, we are looking for someone personable, hardworking, and approachable, with a positive attitude and the ability to communicate confidently with both colleagues, suppliers and customers alike.
Salary offered will be commensurate with experience and suitability for the role.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Communication: Serving as the first point of contact for the shop, handling emails, answering phone calls, and greeting customers.
Scheduling & Coordination: Monitoring appointments diary and workflow of customer jobs.
Office Admin: Monitoring inventory, ordering stationery/supplies, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, data entry, and processing invoices or expenses.
Organisation: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a busy environment.
IT Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic experience with CRM software.
A professional manner, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
