The sun is starting to appear and summer is here. Come join us in some inspiring jewellery making classes here with us at Au Studios Glasgow. We have a variety of different courses to suit all from One to One tuition, Saturday Afternoon classes,
3 week Evening courses and for those of you getting hitched our exclusive Make Your Own Wedding Bands workshops. It doesn't matter if you haven't tried jewellery making before we have courses for both the Beginner as well as courses for those of you who have dappled in the world of jewellery making before. We pride our selves on being a friendly relaxed studio where you can come along and meet new people and have a good old giggle along the way. Mother's Day is just around the corner and I'm sure there are lot of mums out there that would just adore a special bouquet of flowers next Sunday! Get in touch with the girls at Lace Buds for some gorgeous seasonal flowers.

Mums are the best! They really deserve more than one dedicated day a year but hey ho, let's say a big thank you to our lovely mums on Sunday 15th March. Lace Buds are making gorgeous hand tied bouquets to help you do just that. At just £30 each, they are available to order from now until Wednesday 11th March just send us an email or Facebook message and we will have them ready to collect from The Hidden Lane on Saturday 14th or Sunday 15th March.

Just a quick last word to say thank you to everyone for your continued support. After 5 years full of inspiration, beautiful work, laughs, tears and friends made for life, our shop and studios on Great Western Rd is now closed.

As Au Boutique closes it's doors this Saturday, our resident florist Lace Buds are moving to a new premises at The Hidden Lane. Looking for beautiful blooms for your Valentine? Why not visit their stall at Sloans Market, Glasgow on Saturday 14th?

So Jan & I mentioned that Lace Buds has some exciting news to reveal, this Valentine's Day we will be moving home to the creative hub that is The Hidden Lane in Glasgow. We are over the moon to have our own place in such a great part of town! Speaking of Valentine's Day Lace Buds will be at Sloans Market, Glasgow selling a selection of wonderfully romantic flowers for your significant other.

Day 3. This was one of my first and favourite commissions at Au Boutique & Studios, it was for a lovely client's wife's special birthday. Buttons because they nicknamed their wee baby "button" before she was born! Such a lovely commission to work on. I nominate Katherine Agnew my new studio buddy for the post a piece a day for 5 days! Don't you let me down Agnew!
