Laminate & carpets uplifted, subfloors prepared with 12mm plywood to help build up heights as existing laminate was fitted underneath skirtings. We then fitted J2's new range of heavily textured LVT throughout the dining, hallway & living room with a 6mm Polished Gold border strip..

Front porch was fitted with a brown ribbed matting & doors finished with brushed bronze thresholds supplied from PR Flooring Supplies LTD

Amtico, Spacia - Nordic Oak

We fitted the original Amtico around 5 years ago, which is in the 2nd picture. Customer had some walls taken down & built an extension (pictures of living room in previous post), instead of replacing the whole floor, we took out all the cut tiles, patched in where the screed was missing & continued the new tiles to make it look new again
