Hello lovely people 👋
I just wanted to pop on and say hello, and thank you for your patience while I’ve been a bit quiet.

The last few weeks have been a tough one for me health-wise, with a pretty major M.E flare-up. This week it well and truly won, and I’ve had to listen to my body and rest — a lot.

I’m starting to slowly resurface now, taking things gently, and I really appreciate all the understanding and kindness that comes with being part of such a supportive community. 💛

If you’ve messaged or commented and I’ve not replied yet, please know it means a lot — I’ll catch up when I can. Sending love to anyone else who’s having to slow down and put their health first right now.

Happy Burns Night!

Tonight I celebrated Scotland’s traditions in true Highland style — by heading out on a wild haggis hunt before coming home to warm up with a wee dram (cup of tea) and some handmade sparkle.
