Due to the quality differentiation between different monitors, the picture may not reflect the actual colour of the item. Both outdoor and indoor shooting will have some deviation of colour on pictures. Also multiple choice will have differences so I usually put photos ᵃⁿᵈ/ₒᵣ videos as I make it final outcome
Quality and imperfections are part precious metals as well as gemstone jewellery. While the characteristics are so varied it is imperative that customers see exactly what they are buying before they get. I try and take clear and as much close up as professional images with dimensions of every piece but if you are still not sure please ask for more photos in whatever angle you want.
