It’s that dark and cosy time of year again and I have a story for you …
Once upon a time there was a man and his wife. The man was so in love with his wife that he bought her a beautiful pair of diamond earrings and a matching pendant. They were to represent his love for her and to reward her for being such a wonderful mother to his children.
The woman was so impressed with his gift and was pleased to wear them at every chance she had. The diamonds made her so happy, gave her energy and confidence and made her feel loved. It wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that they made her life better…💎
Then, one day something changed. One of her treasured earrings mysteriously disappeared…! The woman became sad and worried about what her husband would say. She couldn’t wear one earring on its own. She searched and searched but couldn’t find the missing one anywhere. She tried to buy a new matching one but they came from a far off land…so she put it in a box on her dressing table and resigned herself to never to wearing them again.
For many months after the effects were felt. The women lost a bit of her sparkle and always had a bit of sadness in her eyes.
Until one day she realised she could have a ring made out of her remaining earring and then she would be able to wear her diamonds every day again! Hooray!
The ring was crafted with love and care by a mysterious lady goldsmith. Her metal and stones were combined with bright silver and were imbued with the power to make her shine again. The women quickly returned to her dazzling self, spreading happiness everywhere she went.
