As we leave the Easter period one of the most ancient ceremonies in British Numismatics is the Maundy Thursday ceremony. This year held in North Wales. We were fortunate last year to be invited to the ceremony at Durham Cathedral. This was the first occasion in decades it had been held there. This Maundy set from 1967 represents the last time Maundy coins were handed out at Durham cathedral

From MARCH 30th we are changing our opening hours due to numerous customer requests. We will now be closed on Saturdays and Sundays and will instead open on a Monday going forward.
