Due to unforeseen circumstances our hours of operation will be 11am until 5pm 7 days a week, closed this Saturday 23rd May and every alternate Saturday until 31st July 2026

Should we be able to revert back to our original hours before that date you will be the first to know!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

After serious consideration we have decided to introduce a '2 tier' servicing option to make caring for your instrument more affordable

Our Professional Service includes chem/sonic clean, new felts, corks springs, guides and dampers where appropriate. We only use genuine parts. It also includes a full showroom polish.

Our newly available basic service will include a full wash throughout with some sonic cleaning, new parts where required, genuine parts only, and a light polish. We are able to offer this new option starting at a cost of £60 for a cornet. Whilst this is a NEW option available to you please be assured of our best service at all times.

Any essential repairs will be chargeable and are not included in either service option.

In an effort to serve everyone's requirements going forward we are pleased to be able to continue to offer options fir everyone.

BRASS will be available in the foyer for any last minute pre performance emergency repairs and will be happy to help FREE OF CHARGE
