A little look back at my 2025/26 creations

Every piece I make starts with a stone that speaks to me... and then the silver, texture, moon phases and little details seem to take on a unique lite of their own.
From labradorite and moonstone to kyanite, diopside and other beautiful crystals, these are some of the pieces I’ve created over the past year — all handmade, one at a time, at my work bench in Norfolk.
I love creating jewellery that feels a little different... earthy, mystical, imperfectly beautiful and made to be worn and loved.

💙 A little piece of ocean, made with love… 💙

I made this statement turquoise & pyrite ring especially for my Mum’s birthday. 💙

I absolutely fell in love with this turquoise the moment I saw it. The colours remind me of little islands surrounded by a beautiful turquoise ocean, with flashes of blue, green and those gorgeous natural areas of gold and silver from the pyrite running through the stone.

Every time I look at it, I see something different. It really is one of those stones that feels like a tiny landscape captured inside a piece of jewellery.

Turquoise has long been associated with protection, strength, healing and peace, while pyrite is often associated with strength, courage, confidence and resilience.

And that felt especially meaningful for my Mum this year. ❤️

She’s going through a lot at the moment, so I wanted to make her something that wasn’t simply a piece of jewellery, but something she could wear and feel surrounded by a little bit of love, strength and protection whenever she looked at it.

A little reminder that even when life feels incredibly difficult, there can still be beauty, strength and little pieces of light. ✨

I also want to say a very special thank you to Sarah at Ashwell Crystals for taking the time to search for these unique gemstones for me. 💙

I know Sarah is also going through a difficult time herself at the moment, which makes her kindness in helping me find these beautiful stones feel even more special. Sometimes, when we’re carrying our own worries, the little acts of kindness we show to others mean more than we realise. ❤️

So this ring carries a little bit of love from all of us, from me, from Sarah, and from these beautiful stones that found their way to me.

I made this ring as a very personal thank you for someone I’m eternally grateful to. She has helped me enormously with some complicated form filling and, more importantly, has been there with support and kindness while I’ve been navigating things for my Dad. I wanted to create something that could never quite say “thank you” enough. ❤️

The ring represents her two children, Violet and Grey, giving her something beautiful that she can carry close to her heart.

We chose Paraiba kyanite and tanzanite for their incredible colours, that gorgeous, almost otherworldly combination of vibrant turquoise-blue and deep violet-blue. They sit together so beautifully, and I love the symbolism of bringing two precious colours together to represent two very precious people.

Sometimes jewellery isn’t just jewellery. Sometimes it holds a story, a thank you, and a little piece of someone’s heart.

A little piece of moonlit magic… ✨

This handmade sterling silver ring features a beautiful mint kyanite cabochon, set against a decorative, textured silver band that I’ve carefully patinated to bring out all those gorgeous details.

Finished with a delicate crescent moon, this is a ring full of earthy, celestial energy — one of those pieces that feels both ancient and completely unique. 🌿🌙

Kyanite is traditionally associated with balance, alignment and calm energy. It’s often believed to help clear and centre the mind, encourage inner peace and support communication and self-expression. Its beautiful natural shades make it a particularly special stone to work with. 💚

This one is available ready to wear in size V, and the band can be adjusted approximately one size up or one size down, making it a little more flexible in fit.

There’s something incredibly captivating about these delicate Neon Apatite earrings 💙

Neon Apatite is one of those gemstones that can be surprisingly difficult to find, particularly in these beautiful, intense blue tones. I’ve paired these gorgeous stones with textured sterling silver bezels to create a pair that is delicate, unusual and full of colour.

Neon Apatite is traditionally associated with inspiration, clarity and motivation. In crystal traditions, it is said to help encourage self-expression, clear away mental fog and support a sense of focus and personal growth.

And that colour… 💙
It reminds me of deep tropical water — vibrant, uplifting and full of energy.

Cowgirl to Norfolk..

This sterling silver and turquoise bolo-style necklace was a very special commission. A cowgirl-inspired pendant created as a birthday gift from 7 friends for one of their group of 8.

This one certainly challenged my jewellery-making skills! I discovered that the original chain ends weren’t suited to the snake chain, which meant I had to solder the jump rings directly onto the ends; a particularly intricate and challenging piece of silversmithing.
I also created a hidden tube setting behind the teardrop turquoise, allowing the snake chain to pass through the pendant, along with a little stopper so the pendant can slide up and down the chain and be worn at different lengths.

And there’s a little meaning tucked into the design too...
The two silver circles represent the 8 friends.

I really love how this has that little bit of cowgirl spirit, but has been handmade by me right here in Norfolk.

A lovely reminder that every commission is different and is always challenging me to learn something new.

A little piece of my heart… 🌿

Although my Art Mea world is usually filled with sterling silver, crystals and creating jewellery, there’s another part of my life that inspires me just as deeply and that’s the beautiful forests and wild spaces that surround us here in Norfolk.

Shouldham Warren is one of those very special places. It’s somewhere I walk Lola most days, and over time it has become our special place! Somewhere to breathe, clear my head, reconnect with nature and simply be.

These photographs are from a part of the forest that has thankfully remained unaffected by the recent fires, and that means more to me than I can put into words.

It’s a gentle reminder of just how fragile our natural world is, and how incredibly fortunate we are to have these beautiful spaces on our doorstep.

Nature is such a huge part of where my inspiration comes from; the colours, textures, imperfections and little treasures you find when you slow down and really look.

Sometimes inspiration isn’t found at the jewellery bench at all…
Sometimes it’s found beneath the trees.

For me, this is another little piece of Art Mea , made with heart, inspired by nature. 🤍

✨ The first of many… ✨

I’m so excited to share my very first pair of sterling silver stud earrings – and they definitely won’t be my last!

These beautiful Tanzanite studs are handcrafted in sterling silver, allowing the incredible depth of colour. Their rich violet-blue tones catch the light beautifully, making them perfect for everyday wear or as a thoughtful gift.

Spiritually, Tanzanite is often known as the Stone of Transformation. It is believed to encourage intuition, calm the mind, and help you embrace change with confidence and clarity.
