😒Today is a sad day for me.
🏠 I once had a friend who often came to visit me at my home.
She decided to have a go at craft and I encouraged her, put her work (for free) on my table at events, and tried to build her confidence.
We came up with a brand name and she began to trade alongside me on occasions.
Then, she started examining my work when she came over - seeing where I got things made and I started to feel awkward and tried to put my work out of sight when I knew she was coming.
🎄 We invited her to join our Christmas event one year and later I discovered she had copied the style of a lady who was next to her at the event.
She rebranded and became coastal.
😒 Today I found out she has now copied a piece of my work.
I am not sure what i can do about it , but feel very sad that my ideas are being copied by someone who actually lives nearby.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
