I haven't been posting here consistently recently but that doesn't mean I've abandoned seaglass. Just getting ready for a July fair as well as making jewellery mostly in the evening when the light is not great for pictures. This morning I had a rare opportunity to make these two chunks (these pieces were on my mind for quite a while).
They are big statement pieces and look amazing with a plain (ish) dress or a top. I've just tried it on me and I love them.
It's silver and rose wire with stories behind the wrap. One is a struggle between staying together and staying apart with obstacles and situations in our way that form our choices and ultimately our future. The other is a rule breaker, struggling in the world of social norms, dying to improvise...

Can you see any of it? Or do you have your own interpretation?

I really love making these but struggle with following the same pattern/colour and start experimenting, even if making to order! 🙈

These are perfect if you like your clothes not too colourful but want to liven up your outfit a little. Very eye catching and you're certain to get some attention when wearing them.

They each have a little seaglass piece as well.

What to do with small but pretty?

I absolutely hate waste so for a long time I was obsessing what to do with the smallest, tiniest pieces of seaglass which are so pretty. Until I saw these lovely lockets.

The composition is changeable but I wanted to add a shell from my collection for an ultimate sea side feel.

What do you think?

I was working on the emerald green bling necklace in response to a few inquiries. When mixing the dyes I came up with this rather aqua colour.

I liked it...

These have a very high bling factor🌟 (if such thing exists). They look lovely round the neck, and very eye catching. I can't stop looking at them. I don't think these pictures give them justice (especially number 3) but after spending half an hour on these I gave up. Let me know if you'd like to see more photos.

These pieces are for sale.

£12.50 each, come with a silver coated chain or faux leather cord.

I personally prefer the chain but it comes in one lenght, 16 inch, so sits close to your neck.

Mother's Day's approaching...

Have you thought about seaglass necklace for yours? My mum wears hers every day... dare I say close to her heart💜

These are beautiful and so simple, with glass being 100 years old. They would otherwise be rubbish but with care and love they become treasures... wrapped in two coloured wire, this is a very original piece. The cord is faux leather and the packaging ♻️. Everything about this piece feels right.

Two sisters...

These two pieces are a special commission for twin sisters.

It took me over a month to actually complete not because they are time consuming but because I find it difficult to do the same thing twice.
So a lot of wire and accidental pendants later I finally managed to get them close enough to my satisfaction. I still can't decide which one is my favourite 💙

Now to the client for their opinion...

One and only...

Blue Lagoon seaglass necklace.

This one is a ceramic tile found on Yorkshire beaches. I only ever found this tiny piece, half an inch wide, which is a shame as it would look lovely with earings.

It is set in silver wire bezel and attached with uv resin for simplicity. Goes great on faux leather cord.

Perfect for blue eyed individual or somebody like me who absolutely loves blue.
