💚The Grinch!💚

It's officially the last camper out the door this year for Dub Alchemy and we thought what better way than to Grinch it up a bit! It's a brand new T7 LWB with twin captain seats and tailgate.

So an amazing spec base van to start. We then went to work custom designing everything in this one. But that will be no surprise to our followers as we do that with every van
This one however brought the whole team
together and we all had an influence in the finished product. So what do you think? Did we ruin Christmas Grinch style?

To our knowledge this is the first fully kitted T7 Swamper and it was built right here at Dub Alchemy. We couldn’t have done this without two big players. Shout out to Druid for your unreal skills and attention to detail in making bespoke swamper Molle boards, Roofrack, ladder and light bar. Also Aspire Competitions Ltd for commissioning this mega build. Also, let’s not forget the mega team we have here at Dub Alchemy now. Without your skills and dedication such builds would not be possible. Much love to you all and I hope you all like the finished product 😎

Going to throw it out there. One of the best conversions we’ve ever done? 🤷‍♂️ This Boho inspired conversion on the new VW T7 is defo something special. Solid oak worktop, reclaimed French jam pan sink, Burnt orange leather seats, bespoke copper tap and matching handles to name a few of the amazing design features. All this coupled with our top of the range powerful Victron off grid set up is what dreams are made of. Ow yeah, and you could win it Aspire Competitions Ltd

Bosh!!! 💪 It’s one of the first fully converted VW T7s in the UK and wow did it come out nice 😎🤙

This was an absolute labour of love. Being so early to the game presented itself with many challenges as I’m sure you can imagine. There is not much kit out for these yet. But some in house dedication, patience and perseverance brought all the elements together to build this stunner 😍

The Role:

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Camper Van Conversion Specialist to join our team. If you’re hands-on, love problem-solving, and enjoy seeing a project through from shell to finished sanctuary, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Full or partial camper van conversions
Fitting insulation, ply-lining, flooring, and internal structures
Installation of electrics, lighting, plumbing, and appliances
Carpentry, furniture building, and interior fitting
Collaborating on custom designs with clients
Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in camper van conversions, carpentry, electrics, or similar trades.
Strong practical skills and a keen eye for detail.
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Passion for vans, travel, and craftsmanship
Driving license preferred.

We had the pleasure of handing over Jenna and Mark’s van last week.

Custom half wrap on the exterior in the Marlboro racing style done in house and custom white alloys.

The usual high spec dub alchemy interior including tastefully chosen upgrades such as full LED mood lighting, custom Nordic inscriptions on interior units and feature oak slat ceiling and interior paneling. We fully enjoyed building this one!
