Bella Donna Designs offers a wide selection of handcrafted sterling silver jewellery based in South West Wales. My business was originally opened by myself in 2014. I was previously a fully qualified beauty therapist but became ill in 2011 and could no longer offer treatments. After being off work for what seemed like a lifetime, I discovered jewellery making as a hobby, once I became strong enough, it soon became my new business venture.
My business name was chosen because of my name ‘Donna’ as this translates to 'woman' and as my previous career was beauty (Bella) and I thought it appropriate as I wanted my jewellery to enhance every woman's beauty just as my beauty treatments once did.
My jewellery is handcrafted in South west Wales, so occasionally you will see the odd Welsh word engraved/hand stamped into our jewellery - don't be alarmed, it's not misspelt words! Our collections are inspired by the coast and the countryside here in South west Wales.

All of our UK parcels are posted free. They are posted second class signed for, if you would like an upgrade to first class please let us know and we can add this to your order for a minimum £1.20 depending on how many items we are posting to you.
International postage is as stated on each of our online stores. If you are unsure please contact us.
Our Packaging is recycled where we can. All of our jewellery is gift boxed, gift wrapped and contains a free gift bag with tag, all with our logo displayed. Then all popped in a padded envelope and sent direct to you.
Return Policies
We offer a full refund (or repair) if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn’t fit purpose.
We will refund a customer within 14 days if they decide to cancel their order unless it is a personalised item.
We do not offer refunds on any item that is personalized unless it is faulty, we will however offer replacement or have the item fixed before offering a refund for a faulty item.
We offer free repairs and warranty for one year from the date of your purchase.
We also offer a free professional polish for your purchased items within this year at your postage cost. Just send your items back to us with a pre-paid return envelope, we will polish and make your jewellery sparkle again and then return back to you in your pre-paid enclosed envelope.
