We have been quiet on facebook of late, especially with our kitten pictures. Ive been sent these photos of Maya and Anya who are from our last litters. They are looking so good now. My favourite thing to see is Mau's cuddled up. I cant resist these 2 girls. Doesn't get much cuter!

A little note about Egyptian Mau kittens, last year there were 39 Egyptian Mau cats registered with the GCCF in the UK. Up on the previous year but still hard to come by. At MMHQ our kittens are planned so we can bring each litter up with time, care and love. We keep a kitten list and when we have a suitable kitten available we will be in touch.

Just us with some lovely kittens, perfect way to spend the day. Think Kendall is giving Charlotte a run for her money being Mum of the year. I could not be any prouder of first time Mum, Kendall.

Love love love having kittens nearly as much as Charlotte does. These are not Charlotte's kittens but don't tell her that! She doesn't take her eyes off them. Yes in human world she would probably be locked up but anything goes at MMHQ. If its ok with the real Mum its ok with me. Introducing Savanna and Kendall's litters.

True or False?

Toe beans are adorable, but they don't serve any actual purpose.

Answer: False! Toe beans, the squishy little pads on the underside of a cat's paw, make it possible for cats to sweat when they're hot or stressed out. They also muffle the sound of a cat's footfall, allowing them to hunt quietly.

Look what we've got, well actually we have been keeping things quiet at MMHQ. Congratulations to Savanna & Kendall on their new arrivals. Just too cute to keep to ourselves. Look how this 1 week old baby sleeping, warm, full tummy and content. Doesnt get much better here at MMHQ. Please enjoy as much as we do.

So this happened today, first photo Charlotte as always making a big deal over how 'cold' she is (drama queen), I sent it to the new owner of Charlotte's kittens to forewarn her of any guilt tripping they might do. I got the second photo back of the pair of them at the same time on top of the radiator cover 🙈. Charlotte has taught them well little 🐒.

Its a typical winters day in the north of England and despite what Charlotte is telling you it IS nice and cosy at MMHQ. I'm interested do any of your Mau's have ways they demonstrate to you what it is they want? Charlotte is like an open book.
