New this week, yet another exiting food offer to add to the amazing and ecclectic mix already available in the Covered Market. PastaJ invites you to select your favourite pasta, Tagilatelle, Penne or Fusilli then select your preferred protein to add i.e. Bacon, Beef, Chicken, Pork, Mussels or Tuna then to choose a sauce, Tomata, Cheese, Garlic, Pesto or Roast Pepper. Top the creation off with your choice of cheese, Cheddar, Parmesan or Mozzarella. Then all you have to do is relax and enjoy your meal.

The Market Hall Halloween Pumpkin Event was a great success. Lots of people came to judge the pumpkins, to take photos and even to ask if they could buy them.
The only ones for sale were on Benson's Fruit and Veg, still to be carved though.
Thank you to those Tenants, Staff and family members who took the time to create the Pumpkins and to everyone who donated to our chosen Charity, Jigsaw, Cumbria's Children's Hospice, Roll on our Festive Fun Day on Saturday 10th December.

Fresh Fruit and Vegetable provide us with an assortment of essential vitamins and minerals also fibre which helps keep the digestive system healthy.
