🌟 We're Hiring – Full-Time Shop Manager / Sales Assistant 🌟
County Jewellers in Royal Wootton Bassett is looking for a friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable person to join our team and take over the day-to-day running of our shop.
We are a well-established independent jewellers that has proudly served the local community for over 20 years, and we're looking for the right person to become an important part of our business.
📍 Location: County Jewellers, 1 Apsley House Shopping Arcade, Royal Wootton Bassett, SN4 7AQ
🕘 Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Duties Include:
• Opening and closing the shop
• Dressing and securing display windows daily
• Keeping front window displays clean, tidy, and updated weekly
• Cleaning jewellery
• Replenishing, tagging, and pricing stock
• Carrying out small jewellery and watch repairs
• Replacing watch batteries and fitting watch straps
• Booking in customer repairs
• Assisting customers and handling enquiries
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store environment
The ideal candidate will have:
✔ Knowledge of jewellery and watches
✔ Good customer service skills
✔ A positive, trustworthy, and hardworking attitude
✔ Attention to detail and pride in presentation
✔ Experience in retail and jewellery sales (preferred)
