I don't. Instead I've spent the afternoon painting this in preparation for doing the same image in charcoal at my art class this week.

Old woman, or the man himself? Not sure. But it was fun. If fun involves quite a few sweary words.

Lovely remodel of a late loved one's ring, adding a garnet from an old unused eternity. 22ct buttery yellow band is 👌🏻.

My very own lovely North Star has gone. Fallen off a broken chain sometime yesterday. I feel quite bereft - jewellery really can ground us and feel more special than the sum of its parts can't it? So assuming the jewellery gods don't somehow reunite us, I need to make another. Shall I go silver, or gold? Shall I make one or more....?

A whole week since we were bathed in sun on the harbour front in Tobermory ☀️❤️. And everywhere I look there are adverts for the new Balamory - how lovely. We sat watching the waves taking about swimming in the harbour and wishing we'd taken our kits! 😊

If you're lucky enough to visit go to - friendly staff and cake on the beach. Perfection!

Sometimes the moon seems like a great idea. The world continues to be absolutely batsh*t.

Off to the flicks later for some eating-sweets-in-a-dark-room therapy. Anyone seen Hamnet? Am I the last person in the world to see it?!

Dreaming of gentle waves, seaweed and sunshine.
Looking at drizzle, wind and clouds.

I'm headed back to Scotland at the end of next month and I can't wait. I've a feeling that the weather may be more 'stay in' than 'stay out' but I don't mind. Longing for the fresh air and inspiration!
