The newest mini version of the ‘Crescent Collection’

This micro pendant has the most beautiful champagne diamond. It’s almost peachy in the light!

Something that started as a small piece of personal jewellery that I made myself whilst testing out new designs and ideas for the collection… it has been one of my most complemented pieces that I wear.

Should I add these as a new piece to the collection? I think they would make wonderful ear studs or hanging off hoops.

So many possibilities 🌙

…and the showcase is now open! ✨

I’ll be showing my jewellery for the whole month of April alongside some amazing jewellery designers from around the UK.

The theme ‘Rebel Rebel’ is inspired by the renowned jewellery designers who is also showcasing his work.

My jewellery is for sale exclusively at Forge (it’s not even made it to the website just yet!) This is a perfect chance to view and try on my designs, and to have a conversation about commissioning your own bespoke piece of jewellery.

I’ll be showcasing a collection of my jewellery at the wonderful for the whole of April., with our exclusive private view on the 10th April.

‘Rebel Rebel’ is the theme, showing a range of designs from a collection of talented jewellers that push the boundaries of traditional design.

I describe my pieces as ‘soft luxe’… a quiet yet radical rejection of the fast, overproduced commercial jewellery. My designs focus on quality, luxury and soft meaningful beauty with a celestial twist on classic designs.

I believe being soft and thoughtful in our current world, creating with meaning and integrity is a form of rebellion in itself.

Wow… I feel like I’m only just landing after attending The Heritage Crafts awards last week!

I am honoured and so proud to have been selected as a finalist for the Precious Metalworker Award 2024 in association with The Royal Mint.

The event was so inspiring, showcasing incredibly talented crafts people and supporting and funding the conservation of heritage crafts.

Since leaving university in Sheffield, and working over a decade in the jewellery trade, I have received huge amounts of support from colleagues, mentors and teachers over the years.

The makers who are willing to share their knowledge and experience with me have truly shaped me and my career and I couldn’t be more grateful. It feels even more poignant and touching to be going to teach my evening class students this evening, to pass on the passion I have for this craft to other makers who are earlier on in their own journeys.

And as always… there’s still SO MUCH more to learn, which is why I love my work so much.

Thank you so much and for your support and championship for the crafts.

I have some exciting news… I’ve been selected as one of three finalists for the Heritage Crafts Precious Metalworker of the Year Award , in association with The Royal Mint!

“The Heritage Crafts Awards celebrate and highlight the traditional living crafts made in the UK that contribute to our national heritage, such as silversmithing, woodworking, dressmaking and tailoring, leatherworking, pottery, building crafts, upholstery, weaving, embroidery and similar other crafts where there is a significant degree of hand skill at the point of manufacture.”- Heritage Crafts

It’s a huge honour to be shortlisted (and a massive surprise, as I only found out I was nominated by my peers when I received the invite to attend the awards ceremony!)

I’ll be keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for when the awards are announced early this week 🤞🏻

A custom ‘Crescent’ engagement ring with a wide pear shape ruby, has greatly influenced my new collection designs that I’ve been working on and developing in the background.

This beautiful peachy pear shape sapphire has the subtle influence of the moon and it’s phases, and is the epitome of KITTY GRIFFITHS JEWELLERY… That colour! 😍

I’ve long included the crescent moon shape halo around my carved moon faces. Now it’s time these diamond crescent half halos to hug around engagement ring styles 🌙

The ‘Crescent’ collection will be launching in 2025 with a few more shapes to be introduced soon… but get in touch if you would like to talk sooner about bespoke ‘Crescent’ ring.
