Mum wanted the chain to be light but not too light due to a slightly clumsy daughter, classic Tbar and then we decided to set a Ruby (the birth stone of July) into one end of the bar. It is on elastic cord which means it can slide down the shaft and over any knobbly bits. It’s also extremely comfy
