We are lucky. Our business is thriving. We offer many specialised jewellery related services. On the whole, our Clients are delightful. A pleasure to deal with. We have been fortunate to build wonderful relationships with multiple generations of families. There for the great times and the truly awful ones. Generally speaking, we like people. We enjoy engaging with them.

Occasionally though, (very rarely) we have to deal with somebody who is just plainly rude. Rude to or about a member(s) of staff, or about the services we provide. Rudeness will NOT be tolerated. We do not come to work to be abused, either by telephone, internet or in person!

We are not perfect, we are human. Occasionally something will go wrong. We will always do our utmost to provide the very best outcome in every service we provide.

Rant over, Happy Friday, the sun is currently shining, and we know it won't last, but it is at least visiting for now.

Today's the Day! Christmas Eve!! We are open until 2pm today for last minute panic buying of incredibly shiny baubles and jewels. Also last minute repair service available until noon.

Christmas opening hours from TOMORROW, CHRISTMAS EVE: Please remember if you have an item with us for repair and wish to wear it over the Festive period, you have until 2:00pm tomorrow to collect it, otherwise it will be held safely here until we re-open in January 2026.
