Here I am at Stow Christmas Fair. It’s been quite good over two days. I’ve sold some of my things..... but unfortunately there’s a cake stall behind me 😏. I’ve purposely not walked round so I don’t spend everything I’ve taken, but the cake stall I just turn on my chair and there it is!

Jan’s sitting next to me, she’ll get the hang of the mask eventually 😁.

I’m selling some of Louise’s Paper Panda things as well to fill up my stall because
I’ve only got a few things left now. I’ll be putting them up here when I’ve finished so if you want any last minute Christmas presents keep an eye out here. See you later 😀 x

Now onto something new, a different bit of recycling. I washed a Marino wool jumper and it shrunk (nothing to do with me, honest🙄) so instead of throwing it away I’m making a bag.
I boil washed it again to make sure it had shrunk as much as possible then I’ve cut out the shape and backed it with some gauze to stop it stretching. The lining will be made from an old silk scarf backed with interfacing to reinforce it.
It doesn’t look much like a bag yet that’s as far as I’ve got. Fingers crossed it will look more baggy as it goes on. x

Teddybear’s trousers is getting a bit cluttered so I decided it’s time for a clearout, it’s time to reclaim my dining room in time for Christmas. Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be adding something different every day, material, buttons, ribbons, felt, needles, pins just about everything is in this room and somewhere underneath it there’s a table And I might need that to eat off at Christmas. I’ll start with some Paper Panda (very) fat quarters, I haven’t got many and there’s only 5 designs. The large pieces are approximately 50cm x 73cm and are £2.50 each. The bird print is fat quarter size 50cm x 54cm (£2.00) but I only have one of those. I also only have one Alice piece. All the other designs if you want more than one they will come in a large piece.

The sun's out the summer must be on its way, just need a rise in temperature now. In the meantime I'll make my own litt...

I've not been around much since Christmas so I thought you'd like to see some of the things I've been making. Here's a lined drawstring bag and a jewellery roll I made for someone recently. Good choice of material, do you recognise it? x
