I love this bead rings they're so cute. I like wearing them on my thumb but a lot of people prefer their fingers.

Working with the light in this way is new to me.

I'm finding this Spiritual Growth book really good, lots of practical exercises including meditations too.

Loving the mala style beads. So pretty and they've been very popular already with my spiritual friends and as I say very much in for 2026.

All jewellery is cleansed so ready to wear.

These are set with intention, handmade by me and natural crystals.

You know what it's like living on autopilot, you tick things off the list, move on to the next thing, cram in so much and struggle to say no.

We only get one life and for me it's about experiences, relationships and quality time for ourselves. As we get older we start to see what's important. Don't get caught up with things that don't matter or consume your time and energy which no longer serve you.

Enjoying the ☀️ in Bournemouth. Love people watching and being by the beach it's so beautiful and I'm so very lucky to have been born here and still live here.

This is one of my happy places. I'm such a water baby and I really miss being able to swim. I won't be back swimming until my treatment finishes at the end of July.

Can't blinking wait!!
