Back on the workbench... 🔨✨
My studio has been a sea of silver lately! I’ve been busy restocking the Milestone Pendants after they almost completely sold out.

Every pendant is handmade by me—from wrapping the silver on a mandrel to the precision of cutting, shaping, and soldering. I finish them with a hand-hammered, dappled texture that catches the light beautifully, ensuring no two are ever exactly the same.

It’s such an honour knowing these pieces mark your most special moments, whether it’s a 30th birthday, a 3rd anniversary, or representing the bond of siblings and children. 🤍

Yesterday at Bolsover Artisan Market was such a lovely day 💫
A big thank you to everyone who came along—it was wonderful to see familiar faces and meet new customers too. I was feeling a bit under the weather, so I especially appreciated all the kindness and support.
Thank you also to those who sent lovely messages, popped by to say hello, or shared my posts to help spread the word—it really does mean a lot 🤍
It was also lovely to be surrounded by such great stall neighbours who made the day even more special. A huge shout-out to Sweet Tweats Brownie Company and White Moon Crystals—it was a pleasure being pitched up next to you both!
Finally, a massive thank you to the organisers for doing such a brilliant job and making the whole event run so smoothly.

Set up and ready in Bolsover Town Centre
I’m all moved in for the day!

You can find my stall right in the centre, just by Robin’s Return.

The market is award-winning for a reason—there’s a great mix of stalls out today and the town centre is looking busy.

I’ve brought a full table of silver with me, including the fidget rings, recycled collections, and plenty of sea glass pieces.

I’ll be here until 3pm. If you’re heading into town or visiting the Castle, do come and say hello. It’s a great day to support the local shops and grab something handmade.

There is honestly nothing more satisfying than a proper bench clear-out! ✨
This little “rock pool” heart pendant started its life as a pile of silver scraps from my workshop floor. With the rising cost of silver lately, recycling my own offcuts is a great way to keep my jewellery accessible while creating something completely unique.

I melted the scraps all down and ran them through the rolling mill to create a fresh sheet. I used a technique called reticulation—heating the silver right up until the surface starts to move and ripple, creating that crinkled effect that looks like sea-washed sand.

To bring the scene to life, I added some little starfish and shell charms which I moulded from eco-friendly fine silver clay. And, of course, no rock pool is complete without a bit of treasure—this one features a tiny, perfect piece of multi-blue Seaham sea glass. 💎

I’ve put this on a chain that you can adjust between 18” and 20” depending on how you want to layer it, and it fastens with my signature handmade swan clasp. 🦢

I love that the main heart is made from my recycled workshop silver—it’s such a lovely way to give those offcuts a second life as something tactile and one-of-a-kind. 🌊🐚

Fresh off the workbench: rare blue sea pottery set in recycled silver. 🌊🔨
These fragments were found during a previous trip to the North East coast. I’ve been saving them for the right project, as finding a pair with such similar tones and patterns doesn’t happen every day.
Each piece is encased in fine silver with a solid back and finished with three silver granules. I’ve used 925 sterling silver leverback wires for these—they are much more secure for daily wear than standard hooks.
A nice way to carry a bit of the coast with you, even if you’re miles away from the sea like I am in my Derbyshire workshop.

From the shores of County Durham to my Derbyshire workshop! 🌊✨
I’ve just spent a wonderful few days beachcombing along the coast at Easington and Seaham. There is something so meditative about hunting for these frosted treasures, and the North East coast certainly didn’t disappoint.
I’m particularly excited about some of the rare finds from this trip—including those iconic Seaham multis, some beautiful blues and even a couple of perfectly frosted sea marbles! These beauties are now headed to the workbench to be transformed into handcrafted sterling silver earrings, pendants, and rings.
Each piece will carry a little bit of the North Sea’s history.
