We are currently experiencing trouble with our main phone lines. We are sporadically receiving calls but at the moment don’t know who specifically is able to connect. If you call and it is connecting but not being answered because we are busy you will reach our voicemail and be able to leave a message. However, if the phone rings out it’s likely that you aren’t connecting. In this instance for the time being, could we ask you please to message us via email or Facebook or try calling from another number. We feel it may be a specific provider issue but are still not sure. We thank you for your patience and co operation while we figure out the issue

We are back after our family holiday and back in work, unfortunately we’ve returned to find we have no incoming phone calls until next Wednesday at the earliest which is infuriating.
