Extremely proud to have had my Uzbek tiles picture selected to be shown at the Williamson Open 2025 and even more proud of my partner for winning the Photography prize with his enigmatic picture of the brutalist Bender bus station waiting room in Transnistria (a country that doesn’t technically exist). Lovely to see my toe ring on Six month ago I got my first pair of foot-shaped barefoot shoes and immediately got rid of all my old shoes. I’ve never found anything so comfortable.

My first attempt at alloying 18ct gold from 23.75ct gold, fine silver and copper. I followed the instructions in my trusty recipe book: The Jeweler’s bench reference by Harold O’Connor, mixed in some borax and salt petre, and stirred well with a carbon stick…
