We constantly strive for means of creating objects of beauty while safeguarding the natural world and benefitting its peoples. The scarcity and value of gold arises from its origins in the collision of stars. Ethical mining prioritises benefits to workers, their families and communities, unlike traditional methods of extraction that strip profits and damage land. Our CORPA collection sources emeralds weighing less than a carat per stone directly from miners contracted to the small-scale operations widely dispersed across the various regions of Paraguay. Obtaining the small stones that the workers receive for their labour ensures that financial returns flow directly to those responsible for mining them and enhance the wellbeing of the communities they support.
