今天是母親節，我鼓起勇氣分享，思念年初離開的母親，至今還是很不真實…..這六年來您辛苦了，我珍惜陪伴照顧您的時光。您己卸下地上的重擔，在天父身旁。想起小時候我們移民美國，那段日子無微不至的照顧我們，每日接送上下課、準備我們的飲食健康，最讓我印象深刻的是您戴著眼鏡陪我們查字典，關心我們的功課，您對我們的教育、人生觀是盡力做但不比較，謝謝您陪伴我們度過人生的每一個階段……那是溫暖有愛的記憶，我很感激您的堅韌、勇敢、獨立，您是我學習的榜樣！

Today is an emotional Mother’s Day as I commemorate my mom who has passed beginning this year. I miss her everyday especially today. I think about the time when we moved to the US to study, caring for our daily needs, especially looking through dictionary with her glasses that was a moment to remember! I am grateful to have had such a resilient, courageous, and independent mother to look up to and mirror today. May you rest in peace. See you in heaven! I love you mom!

緊鄰塞納河畔，創立於 1582 年，是巴黎歷史最古老的餐廳之一，名為「銀塔」是因為當年這裡有一間小客棧，屋頂是由銀灰色的雲母岩舖蓋的，在陽光下閃著銀色光芒，命名為銀塔。

我們坐在面對塞納河，景觀之美可以想像2024年巴黎奧運會開幕式的精彩表演片段的搖滾區就在此地！在八樓絕佳獨一無二360度的觀賞點。

Tour d’Argent 血鴨（Canard au sang）特色是將鴨骨與內臟放入特製榨鴨機中，壓出鴨血與骨髓精華，與鴨肝、白蘭地等調製成濃郁醬汁，淋在烤鴨肉上食用，口感鮮嫩多汁，美味佳餚！

自 1890 年以來，銀塔的鴨子供應商始終是同一個家族農莊 Maison Burgaud，且當時的業主 Frédéric Delair 突發奇想，把這道招牌料理的鴨子一一編號，並製成卡片讓享用過這道法國經典料理的客人帶回去作紀念。我吃的鴨編號為 Votre Canard #1206096

這裏呈現的每一道菜都是藝術，白蘆筍這道菜味道嫩甜搭配醬汁與高羊肚菌Morchella elata讚不絕口！我看過最精彩的wine list ，又重又厚！聽說有8公斤！Wow可想他們的酒品項例如：俄國沙皇尼古拉二世調製的 Louis Roederer Crystal 陳年香檳，還有不少是 1855 年波爾多酒莊排名出現前的老酒，更有十九世紀被根瘤蚜蟲（phylloxera）橫掃歐洲，將所有葡萄園破壞殆盡之前原生樹種的葡萄所釀的酒。數得出來的稀世珍釀還有 Château d’Yquem 1871、Romanée Conti 1874、Guiraud 1893、Montlouis Huet 1919⋯⋯當然還有出自已經過逝的釀酒之神，喝一瓶少一瓶的 Henri Jayer。900平方米的地下酒窖，無論季節，始終保持在11-14度之間。總結：不虛此行！Amazing outstanding experience chez La Tour d’Argent!

The current Rive Droite
Saint Laurent ( YSL ) store,
a former location of the iconic Colette concept store where I used to frequent when I traveled to Paris.

YSL store not a direct concept continuation of Colette, the Rive Droite store was designed to be an immersive, cultural space ~ similar to the spirit of the original Colette ~ featuring lifestyle items, books, furnitures, vintage rarities and collaborations.

來到法國吉維尼（Giverny）的莫內花園，更能深刻體會到莫內（Claude Monet）畫作的生動。花園景色優美，莫內將這裡變成了一個捕捉光影、色彩與瞬息萬變自然的「自然調色盤」。

花園本身就是他的生活空間，這種對花草的熱愛與深入的觀察，使他的畫作不僅僅是風景，更是一種情感的表達，再次來到法國吉維尼（Giverny）的莫內花園，更能深刻體會到莫內（Claude Monet）畫作的生動。花園景色優美，莫內將這裡變成了一個捕捉光影、色彩與瞬息萬變自然的「自然調色盤」。

花園本身就是他的生活空間，這種對花草的熱愛與深入的觀察，使他的畫作不僅僅是風景，更是一種情感的表達。栩栩如生！

「自然的光影猶如一支畫筆，輕輕地在我們的生活畫布上勾勒出無數的瞬間。」每當陽光透過樹葉的縫隙，或是夕陽染紅了天際，這些光影便成為了藝術創作中不可或缺的元素。

吉維尼花園造景之美，賦與我在每一件珠寶設計上，寶石的層次感、尺寸比例的運用，顏色的搭配等….. 是無止境靈感的來源，在瞬息萬變的光影中尋找到獨特的美學感受。珠寶設計上展現了光影變化的奇妙。
