A new month means a new birthstone to go with it, and by a fantastic coincidence, we also have a dazzling new collection of diamond pieces with sapphire, the birthstone for September, to wow you with!

Just look at this ring, for instance, with its twin design of teardrop-cut deep blue sapphires, set in an almost serpent-like design reminiscent of the ancient Classical era.

There’s nothing dated about this throughly modern piece though; crafted in cool white gold and filled with small diamonds.

They immediately make you feel at ease, offering great advice and making you want to come back. I bought a watch (for my partner) and a bracelet, and I am super satisfied.

A simple solitaire round-cut diamond, set in a slim band of yellow gold - filled in turn with small round diamonds - is a statement piece all of its own; but also a stellar choice to seal the deal on an important question. You know...that question.

Staying with our ruby rings for these last days of July, how about this striking piece?!

Featuring rose-pink rectangle cut rubies, the stones are interspersed with smaller diamonds to form an attractive ‘chequerboard’ pattern.

Set in 18 karat yellow gold, the design is framed by two rows of small diamonds, for even more sparkle in the sunlight.

‘Bling’ to one side, though, just look at the colour of those rubies! Its hard not to fall in love with this precious stone when it comes into its own like this; and it’s easy to see why they’ve been the subject of songs, poems and legends for centuries. 💕
