Bocuse d'Or Danmark Bocuse d'Or er det uofficielle gastronomiske verdensmesterskab, som hver andet år afholdes i Lyon, Frankrig.

Den blev stiftet i 1987 af den franske kok Paul Bocuse. Konkurrencen blev stiftet tilbage i 1987 af den franske kok Paul Bocuse. Akademiet Bocuse d'Or Danmark har til det gode formål at profilere Danmark på det gastronomiske verdenskort. Danmark har i de seneste år opnået yderst prominente resultater i konkurrencen. Akademiet Bocuse d’Or Danmark arbejder målrettet på at fastholde og udbygge denne position.

Oplev vindermenu i .cph Dining Room

Få en unik mulighed for at opleve en middag med Europas bedste kok. Menuen er lavet for at imponere de skarpeste smagsløg i verden. Retterne er komponeret ned til mindste detalje, råvarerne udvalgt med præcision, og teknikken på øverste niveau.

Aftenen starter med snacks og champagne. Herefter serveres elementer fra tallerkenretten - efterfulgt af den store finale: fadserveringen, der anrettes ved bordet foran jer.

Til stede vil også være Phillip Nilsen der sammen med Sebastian Holberg Svendsgaard vandt guld ved Europamesterskaberne i 2024 og sølv ved verdensmesterskaberne i 2025.

Middagen afholdes i intime rammer med plads til 14 gæster og tilbydes til og med midt august. Prisen er 70.000 kr. incl. moms for alle pladser. Der sælges ikke enkelte pladser.

Al overskud fra middagene går ubeskåret til Akademiet Bocuse d’Or Danmark og støtter Christians rejse mod Lyon 2027. Skriv til [email protected] ved interesse.

Now this is something we’re truly proud to share.
Kenneth Toft-Hansen is our coach for Bocuse d’Or Europe 2026.
He knows this competition from the inside. He’s lived the pressure, the doubts, the long nights – and the moment when everything finally comes together. In 2019, he stood on the top step of the podium, with Christian Wellendorf right beside him as commis.
Today, their roles have changed. The responsibility is different.
But the trust, the understanding, and the ambition remain the same.
“Winning gold taught me that greatness comes from trust, precision, and the courage to push boundaries. That’s what I want to pass on.”

Christian Wellendorf - The candidate.

is no stranger to the family. Actually, he has already achieved more than most will in a lifetime - gold medal and Best Commis at Bocuse d’Or 2019, bronze at WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017, captain of Denmark’s National Culinary Team. But Christian isn’t done yet.

Now partner at .cph in Copenhagen, he returns to Bocuse d’Or - this time not as the support, but as the leader. From commis to candidate. From executing the vision to creating it.

“From commis to candidate - now it’s my turn to lead, to unite craftsmanship and culture, and to carry Denmark’s legacy forward on the world’s greatest culinary stage.”
