10 years ago I opened my little shop in Jægersborggade 🤍 I am so extremely happy that this is still my playground.

Back then I made a choice - not to go for growth in the classic sense, which ment upscaling and in my world overproduction of products with little sentimental value. I chose to focus on the small production by hand and the one to one relationship with my customers. I believe it has given me both flexibility and control with my workload, but also the feeling of creating things with a meaning for the person wearing/giving it. I didn’t know that this would end up being a key part of my job.

I am so grateful for all the connections I have with both local and loyal customers sharing life stories, people visiting Copenhagen from a far bringing me interesting perspectives, all the interns and girls working in my workshop through the years and my fellow shop owners in the street. I hope I am here for another 10 years at least. I like the possibility to talk in this Instagram forum once in a while, but let’s remember to meet in real life too

Had a photoshoot with my favorite photographer Marie Hald. She can work magic. So for those of you following but maybe never visited the store - this is me. The woman behind the jewellery. Made this solid gold ring with 5 white diamonds. Representing a family of 5, celebrating 30 years together 🤍 This family is also a part of my larger family and I knew them both when they were just teenagers and met each other. Time flies
