Pink satin bows and a birthday girl’s glow,
Twenty years of magic, and watching her grow.

Pretty ruffles dancing, a palette of grace,
Mirroring the light on a daughter’s sweet face !

Minimalistic elegance guided this timeless vintage design.

While the era of original vintage has far lapsed, the loveliness of a daughter to a mother remains eternally in fashion. This creation celebrates a mother’s intuition, knowing every detail her daughter loves and turning those choices into a milestone surprise.

Luscious chocolate layers support a melt-in-the-mouth strawberry and dark chocolate mousse. Fresh raspberries nestle within the structure, where the movement of hand-piped ruffles meets the steadiness of decorative shells. Every texture, capped by that tender pink satin bow, speaks to the favorite things of the birthday girl.

Heartfelt thanks go to the mother who chose my cake to anchor this special day. Seeing the reception this design received brings pure joy to me. 🎉

His mission was simple, yet so profound, to surprise his wife with something she wouldn’t just see, but truly feel !

He knew a cake was expected, but he wanted a design that would test her heart to pick up the knife. The answer was waiting in his heart, their little pup, a white fur-ball, a Coton de Tulear whose loveliness has never outgrown her heart.

Bringing this “little soul” to life in fondant was a journey for me, too. As I sculpted him, I found myself pouring in the fond memories I’ve held for my own pets over the years.

It turns out, it was the perfect pitch to land right in her heart. She was indeed surprised, taking a moment before she could bring herself to cut it.

Thanks to the earnest husband for choosing me to help create this mind-blowing surprise !!

A cherry red treat, for a client so sweet ❤️

Sometimes, the most rewarding part of being a cake artist isn’t the finished cake but the wonderful people I meet along the way !

This project was a dream from the very first inquiry to the final delivery, all thanks to the lovely, sweet person who ordered it. When the collaboration is this kind, the creativity just flows!

We went for a deep, Cherry Red that feels like a vintage dream. The intricate, beautiful piping brings a whole new mood to the kitchen, a nostalgic, “Lambeth-style” elegance that is both bold and soft at the same time. Every shell was piped with so much care !

A bold, romantic look with a surprisingly bright and refreshing heart. Wishing the most beautiful celebration to a truly special client! ❤️

The art of the “Invisible Detail” 🐥

This week has been a whirlwind of color, frosting, and hand-sculpted magic. While many of the best moments in my kitchen happen behind the scenes, the goal is always the same, to create an experience that lingers long after the last crumb is gone.

For me, Sprinkles Billund isn’t just about baking; it’s about the hours spent perfecting a tiny yellow duckling or a delicate wafer daisy to ensure that when the box gets opened, it must be pure magic 🐥🌸

It’s hard work, and my hands are tired, but my heart is so full. There is something deeply fulfilling about knowing these little creations built cozy memories and “hygge” moments.

To me, beauty and deliciousness go hand-in-hand. Thank you for letting me be a part of your stories, even the ones we keep close to our hearts ❤️

There is nothing quite like the first truly warm afternoon of the season to bring a bunch of friends together for such a heartfelt birthday celebration!

Between the high-energy human football matches and the excitement of the laser gun shooting, the garden was buzzing with the kind of pure joy only a group of nice friends can create.

While the moms enjoyed a lovely, long-awaited coffee & chit-chat in the sunshine and the neighborhood cat made his rounds near the pizza, I felt so lucky to contribute to the magic with a tray of custom made football cupcakes.

Watching these lovely boys, bond and share such a strong connection over a “pitch” of green frosting was the perfect highlight to a beautiful day. Many thanks to the moms who choose my cakes for this wonderful celebration ❤️

It really reminded me that the best memories are built on sunshine, great company, coffee and a little bit of sugar! ☀️⚽️🧁🐈

Lego Tales : A journey from New Zealand to Billund!

Last Christmas, I had the incredible privilege of helping a family celebrate a very special milestone. A devoted LEGO fan flew all the way from New Zealand to visit the House of Bricks, and I was asked to create the ultimate birthday surprise.

There is something so magical about being the last puzzle piece, in someone’s dream holiday. To the mom who found me from the other side of the world and trusted me with her son’s big day,Thank you. It was an honor to bring a taste of Billund to your celebration✨
