Tim Raue kocht seit 2010 in Berlin-Kreuzberg, dem Kiez, in dem er aufgewachsen ist. Zwei Michelin-Sterne seit 2012, 19,5 Punkte im Gault&Millau, seit 2016 unter den 100 besten Restaurants der Welt. Seine Küche verbindet asiatische Aromen mit Berliner Direktheit. Am Pass gilt dieselbe Haltung wie in Schaffhausen. Präzision ist keine Option, sie ist die Grundlage.

Die Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 TOP GUN Miramar trägt eine Farbe, die aus Kalifornien stammt. Das helle Blau geht auf die Shirts der TOPGUN Instruktoren zurück, entwickelt mit Pantone und benannt nach der Naval Air Station Miramar in San Diego, der historischen Heimat der Schule.

Eines Tages wird einer seiner Neffen oder eine seiner Nichten die IWC aufziehen und seine Geschichte weitertragen.
