One of the happiest moments during our year in Germany - Beachcombing the Baltic coast and finding an ultra rare sea urchin fossil !!!

I heard there are fossils to be found on the Ayrshire coast but I am really holding out for a few nicely frosted pieces of sea glass and a marble !

Top tip! If you are trying to top and bottom drill a marble - drill into one side first, then put the marble with the hole onto a pair of pliers and steady it - now mark the top and drill …

This will make sure that the drilling holes are aligned so you can add settings like earring or pendant settings ! You can also start from here if you want to drill right through the marble.
