Gemstone size matters more than you might think. 💎

When developing sterling silver jewelry, the gemstone doesn't simply determine the look—it also influences how the piece is constructed.

A larger stone may need a deeper bezel or stronger prongs. Smaller stones require careful spacing, especially in pavé and multi-stone designs.

And shape matters too.

Round, oval, pear and marquise stones each need different setting geometry, while irregular natural stones may require adjustments based on their actual dimensions.

For wholesale and OEM orders, confirming stone size, shape and tolerance before sampling can help avoid unnecessary changes later.

Online conversations, now face to face!

On September 7, a jewelry wholesaler from Jordan visited our Guangzhou showroom. Beryl, who had been communicating with the client online, together with Sales Manager Rex, welcomed the client for a product sourcing session.

The client explored our ready-stock stainless steel jewelry and showed strong interest in styles featuring CZ stones.

We reviewed different designs and discussed materials, stone settings, styles, and sourcing needs.

It was great to finally meet in person and exchange ideas beyond the screen. We look forward to the next step in our cooperation!
