Make Your Logos And Images With Water Slide Decal Paper Clear For Stainless Steel Dial

Eco-Solvent WaterSlide Decal Paper ( WS-150S Clear ) that printed by Eco-Solvent printers and cutters, such as Mimaki CJV150, Roland TrueVIS SG3, VG3 and VersaSTUDIO BN-20, for stainless steel covering.
1. Print patterns by Eco-Solvent printers

2.Cut patterns by vinyl cutting plotters

3. Submerge you pre-cut decal in 55degree water for 30-60 seconds or until the middle of the decal can easily be slid around. Remove from water. peel off the outline

4. Quickly apply it to your clean decal surface then remove the carrier gently behind the decal, squeeze the images and remove the water and bubbles from the decal paper.

5. Let the decal set and dry for at least 48 hours. Don’t expose to direct sunlight during this time.

Printing:

1) Printed by inkjet printers with normal inks, sublimation inks, and painted by crayons, oil pastels etc.Here we use Canon TC-20M inkjet printer with water based dye and pigment ink for printing.

2) Choose heavyweight coating paper for dark paper and lightweight coating paper for light paper. High printing resolution up to 1440dpi, with bright colors and good color saturation!

Cutting

Cut by scissors with simple imsges, or cut by desk cutting plotter such as Panda Mini cutter, Silhouette CAMEO, GCC i-Craft, Circut etc. to make a design. Fine cutting and good cutting consistency! Good balance of elasticity and fine cutting

Transferring:

Iron on with a regular household iron, mini heat press, heat press machines.
Set the temperature 165°C and 25 seconds,(set iron between cotton and wool linen), add one piece of greaseproof paper and one cloth from high temperature.

High printing quality, good ink solution.

Washing:

Good washable and keep coloration. More flexible and more elastic
