MAY 2026 LIVE AUCTION: Going Live TODAY!

The Omega Constellation was born in 1952 as the flagship of the brand and the natural successor to the celebrated Centenary model. Its mission was simple but ambitious. It had to be the finest serially produced chronometer of its time, a watch where precision and elegance would meet on equal terms. Every example was officially tested and certified, and the small star at six o'clock proudly marked that achievement. This Reference 2852 - 2853 in 14k yellow gold shows the Constellation in its early form. Inside beats the caliber 505, a self winding movement that placed the watch at the cutting edge of automatic watchmaking in the 1950s. More than seventy years later, these early Constellations remain among the most collected vintage Omegas.

When Patek Philippe introduced the Nautilus in 1976, it changed the brand's direction drastically. Designed by Gérald Genta, the Nautilus was bold, sporty, and came in steel at a time when fine watchmaking still meant gold and formality. Its porthole inspired case, horizontally grooved dial, and integrated bracelet were unlike anything Patek Philippe had made before, and the watch became a symbol of a new and more relaxed kind of elegance. The Reference 4700 arrived in 1980. This example in stainless steel and 18k yellow gold captures the spirit of its era perfectly. The warm gold bezel and center links sit beautifully against the brushed steel of the case and bracelet, the dark dial keeps its famous horizontal pattern, and the gold applied markers and hands give the whole watch a warm glow. More than forty years later, the Reference 4700 remains a most charming chapter in the Nautilus story.

Among the great names of Geneva watchmaking, Vacheron Constantin has always held its name steady, and few examples capture that spirit better than the Reference 6903 in stainless steel. Produced in the 1960s, this slim dress watch was an unusual and almost daring choice for its time. While nearly every fine watch of the era was cased in gold, the 6903 in steel made a different kind of statement. It was lighter on the wrist, more discreet on the cuff, and built in far smaller numbers than its precious metal siblings. Today it stands as one of the rarer and desirable Vacheron Constantin references of the period. The watch shows the maison at its purest. The case is round, slim, and beautifully proportioned, the silvered dial is almost untouched in its simplicity, and the applied markers and slender hands let the eye rest on nothing more than the essentials. The small Maltese cross beneath the signature is the only ornament, and it is the only one the watch needs. More than half a century later, the Reference 6903 still feels modern, confident, quietly luxurious despite the lack of precious metal.

The Vacheron Constantin jumbo dress watches of the 1950s belong to a confident chapter in the brand's long history. After more than two hundred years of watchmaking, Vacheron Constantin entered the postwar era with a clear idea of what a modern dress watch should be. It should be elegant,  refined, and large enough to feel present on the wrist without ever being loud. At a time when most dress watches measured around 31 to 33 millimeters, the jumbo cases stretched to 36 millimeters and beyond, giving them a generous presence that collectors today still find remarkably contemporary. This 18k yellow gold example shows everything that made these references special. The case is slim and beautifully proportioned, the lugs are gently curved to follow the wrist, and the dial is a study in balance with applied gold markers, a mix of arrow indexes and Arabic numerals at the cardinal points, and a small seconds register that anchors the lower half of the dial. Inside, these watches were powered by some of the finest manually wound movements of the period, finished to the high standards that have always defined the Maltese cross.

The Patek Philippe Calatrava was born in 1932 with the Reference 96, a watch that broke with the heavy, decorated styles of its time. Inspired by the idea that beauty comes from simplicity, it offered a slim round case, a clean dial, and nothing more than what was needed to tell the time. The Ref. 96 stayed in production for almost fifty years and became the model that defined the modern dress watch. The two examples shown here, a yellow gold second series Ref. 96 and its rose gold with salmon dial sibling with a warm salmon dial, show the watch at its most refined. When the Ref. 96 was finally retired, Patek Philippe kept its spirit alive with the Reference 3796, made through the 1980s and 1990s and seen here in rose gold on the left. It carried forward the same proportions and quiet character with only small updates and all-round modernization. Across many decades and several generations of collectors, the Calatrava has stayed true to itself, and that is the secret of its lasting importance.

Michel Parmigiani founded his maison in 1996, but his reputation for obsessive craft was already decades old, built restoring antique timepieces for the Sandoz Family Foundation. The Toric was Parmigiani's first watch, and it remains his most iconic to date.
This stunning 18k yellow gold example has it all: The diamond-set bezel catches the light without being too loud. The layered dial with a guilloche centre, a sunburst gold ring with Roman numeralsr and the beautifully sculpted hands never get boring. This is watch made by someone who spent years fixing masterpieces, and then decided to make his own - and this shows in every detail.

Few watches blur the line between horology and sculptural jewelry quite like this piece. Created during Gilbert Albert’s celebrated tenure as Omega’s chief designer in the early 1960s, its rippling 18k yellow gold bracelet was a radical departure from the clean geometry that defined Swiss watchmaking at the time. The brushed champagne dial is deliberately understated, letting the extraordinary bracelet dominate. Inside, a hand-wound mechanical movement beats away.
It's a true timestamp from one of Swiss watch design’s most daring moments.
