Episode 3 - Development Department
Behind every Schwarz Etienne caliber is a team most people never see.
Welcome to the development department, where new movements are designed and refined before they ever reach the Grand Salon. This is where the brand's independence really shows: in-house R&D means full control over every technical choice, from architecture to finishing.
CEO Florian Brossard walked us through how a movement goes from sketch to reality, and what it really means to build calibers from scratch as a small, independent manufacture.
