ALLERGIES & MAIN INGREDIENTS
Please be aware that French Macarons are NOT suitable for anyone who has a nut, dairy or egg allergy. These contain ground almonds, egg whites, granulated sugar, powdered icing sugar, pure or artificial extracts and food colouring. The filling is mostly made with flavoured buttercream, ganache, jams or spreads. The majority of the flavours are Gluten-Free except any flavours that contain graham wafers, oreo cookies and cookie dough filling. Please let me know in advance to ensure that no macaron flavour contains any gluten in your order if needed. For those who have an allergy to Dairy, an assortment of jams & spreads would be used as a substitution for the filling. For those with NUT allergies there is no current option of ordering nut-free macarons. I do not operate in a nut-free environment and would not want to pose a risk of possible cross contamination. STORAGE INFORMATION
Macarons should always be stored in either the fridge or freezer. Keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days or keep frozen for up to 2-3 months in an air tight container to maintain quality. It is also recommended to allow 20 minutes or so for the macarons to stand at room temperature before serving. Keep away from any heat sources or if kept out above room temperature, any buttercream filled macaron can have the potential to melt and or spoil. ORDERING INFORMATION
