If you are wondering about the name of the store it has to do with my youngest son. When he was a newborn he had this adorable grumpy face. He was given a stuffed turtle that was making the same face he did and so we started calling him a grumpy turtle
. He really is a super happy boy and smiles all the time but every once in a while that adorable grumpy turtle face comes through! I love my grumpy turtle
In case you were wondering about me, I have been crafting since I was a young child and I plan on crafting until the day I die. I do have a bucket list of things to make that I must complete! You will find a variety of items here on My Grumpy Turtle and I will have them nicely organized into categories for you. I have a passion for so many different things that it is extremely difficult for me to just choose one thing to focus on. I love to sew, crochet, knit, make jewelry, and decorate cakes and cookies.....among other things! If only there were 75 more hours in a day and I didn't need any sleep! My crafting has even rubbed off on my husband and he has been dabbling in chainmaille and he males some beautiful stuff! If he ever has time I am trying to convince him to make some items to put in the store. I would like to thank you again from the bottom of my heart for stopping in!
