I live in Canada, not in the third world, so, as an artist, I don't expect to be compensated for the beautiful pieces I create with third world wages. Yes, I enjoy what I do. It is the greatest gift to enjoy your work and work at what you enjoy. That being said, it is still work. Hand-made beaded jewellery using glass, seed beads, Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stone and pearl to create one-of-

a-kind wearable art. Each one is a labour of love using such methods as Bead loom and off-loom Pe**te stitch weaving, stringing on vinyl-coated Beading wire and wire wrap methods.
