It's Mini Series Monday - Wildlife Encounter Edition 🫎

One thing I had always dreamed of is living somewhere where I can see a moose or 2 from my kitchen window! Well as it turns out, our ranch has no shortage of, is moose! In the first picture is a cow moose I call "Morticia" and her twin bull calves, whom I called "the boys".

In the winter of 2024/2025, this adorable trio always stayed in close-ish proximity to the yard! I just hope the boys continue to stay close to home and leave their antlers behind for me to find!

Morticia is still around, though, she has no defining characteristics to tell her apart from other cow moose but everytime I see a cow that's close to the yard, I feel like it's her 🤎

The last video is from late winter of 2023, where it shows 9 Moose traveling together!
