After nearly 40 wonderful years in business, I want to share that this fall I will be closing my retail location.
Serving this community through generations of engagements, anniversaries, repairs, custom designs, and special moments has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I am deeply grateful for the loyalty, trust, and friendships that have grown over the years.
While the storefront will be closing, this is not goodbye. I will continue offering goldsmithing services, custom work, repairs, and consultations, and can still be reached through my business phone, email, and website.
Thank you for supporting a small local business for almost four decades. Your kindness and support have meant more than words can express, and I look forward to continuing to help you care for and create treasured pieces for years to come.

This is a hard post for me to make. In the past two years we have experienced an increased amount of intimidation and open drug use infront of our store. Saturday we had to lock our doors the majority of the day and es**rt customers to their cars or wait until the problems subside. After calling Bylaw 3 times!!!! And the RCMP one time, the person causing all these problems, cut through our back gate behind the building last night, stealing the metal rods protecting the fence and the back of the building and starting a fire as well. I am so frustrated dealing with this on a daily basis. I’m angry, scared, and worry about my staff. The City of Vernon ignores my pleas to remove the bench in front of the store where they tend to congregate every welfare Wednesday. On those days, my business is compromised financially. We have had to es**rt customers to their cars numerous times. If you have the time, and you frequent my store, please complain to the City of Vernon as well as the RCMP. These photos are disturbing, but I just don’t know what else to do.

Today, we are closed and I want to take a moment to honor all the men and women who have served our country — those who stood up, put on the uniform, and committed themselves to something greater than any one person or political belief.
In times like these, when our nation often feels divided, it’s worth remembering that our veterans represent the best of what unites us: courage, sacrifice, and service. Their dedication reminds us that freedom and democracy require both vigilance and compassion.
Let’s set aside our differences today to express genuine gratitude to those who’ve served — and to commit ourselves to building the kind of country worthy of their sacrifice.
