Taking off bracelets is such a pain when there’s no one around to help you. That’s why I love solid gold — you never have to. You can shower in it, sleep in it, work out in it… and it still looks exactly the same. No fading, no rust, no green marks on your skin.
With plated jewellery, it’s the opposite. You’re constantly thinking about when to take it off, worrying if it’s going to tarnish, or if today’s the day it finally breaks. And when it does, you have to replace it — again. Honestly, we have enough on our minds already without adding “don’t get my bracelet wet” to the list.
When you spend just a little more on solid gold, you can get something you can wear every day without a second thought. And it lasts for years.
I started my affordable fine jewellery brand for women like me: women who were sick of having only two options. Cheap jewellery that doesn’t last, or solid gold pieces that cost thousands and feel too precious to wear daily. Now, we can have everyday pieces that are beautiful, durable, and made to be lived in.
