Bayoush Mengesha, Founder and Creator of Devi Arts Collective, has a vision and passion to empower, connect and collaborate with creative women around the globe. Bayoush’s dream was to connect her career in the non-profit industry and her passion and creativity for jewellery design. What started out as a hobby- grew into business. Bayoush realized as a jewellery designer starting out that there was a need to connect with other female designer creating a community and network of support.
